Laura F. Bachman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Franciscan University and earned her law degree from Suffolk University School of Law.

Ms. Bachman has been practicing in the area of U.S. immigration and nationality law since 1996. Prior to moving to Oklahoma, she was a partner and co-founder of a law practice focused exclusively on the representation of corporate and individual clients in immigration matters including employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, I-9 audits and compliance, family-based immigration, relief from removal proceedings and citizenship. She served as General Counsel for a non-profit organization with the mission of assisting indigent immigrants of Central Texas. This has given Ms. Bachman the well-rounded experience in working in all aspects of U.S. immigration law. She has provided training and education on immigration law to attorneys, community leaders, law enforcement agencies, and the community at large. Ms. Bachman is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas.

Ms. Bachman maintains her position of attorney with the Immigration Clinic of the University of Tulsa Law School. She is responsible for the coordination of the Tulsa Immigrant Resource Network for the clinic. Ms. Bachman is available as a consultant on immigration matters by virtue of a contractual relationship with the firm.
