Lenore Garon is a senior appellate and trial attorney who handles employee appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals and major motions and discovery in the U.S. District Court. After a long career as a U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission lawyer, Ms. Garon now uses her considerable legal skills to protect the rights of federal employees. For example, her appellate advocacy helped establish a liberal standard in the D.C. Circuit for employment discrimination cases in the 2008 Brady v. Office of the Sergeant at Arms case. A former Stanford Law Review member and a 2007 contestant on the popular television quiz program, Jeopardy!, Ms. Garon works half-time for Gebhardt & Associates, LLP in an Of Counsel capacity and is licensed in Virginia, where she resides, and in the District of Columbia.
