Mr. Wenger grew up in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He studied international business at Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Chicago. Following graduation, he worked in the strategy wing of Coopers & Lybrand’s management consulting division assisting fortune 500 companies in resolving management and organizational issues. Mr. Wenger graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Upon graduation, Mr. Wenger served as staff attorney for the Honorable James R. Cavanaugh of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wenger is married and has five children.
