As both a trial attorney and presiding judge of a trial court, he has participated in trials, conflict resolutions and mediations for thousands of cases for Texas families, and has brought hundreds of cases to successful conclusion for his clients in Harris County, Galveston County, and beyond.

Paul LaValle is a life-long resident of Galveston County. After graduation from the University of Houston on August 10th, 1984, Mr. LaValle attended the South Texas College of Law, graduating in December of 1986. He was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas as an Attorney and Counselor at Law on May 8th, 1987. Paul is also a 2003 graduate of the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He was presiding Judge for a trial Court for 13 years.

Not content to simply protect his clients' legal rights, Paul also works daily to protect the common good. Certified by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education as a Master Peace Officer and Police Instructor, he serves the community in the Harris County Precinct #3 Constable's Office as a Reserve Lieutenant in the Training Division. Paul also serves as a Colonel in the Texas State Guard.
