DeAnn Flores Chase is Your South Bay Business Lawyer. A South Bay resident for over ten (10) years, Ms. Chase devotes her practice to providing responsive, one-on-one, client service to new and growing businesses close to her home – and close to her heart.

Ms. Chase has spent the last twelve (12) years counseling and defending individuals and businesses of all sizes, primarily in strongly-contested, litigated matters, in state, federal and appellate courts throughout the State of California. She has successfully defended her business clients against a broad range of claims, including contract and lease disputes; trademark and copyright infringement; and catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

With such a background, Ms. Chase currently provides a preventative, comprehensive approach to business planning and operation. Unlike many companies providing off-the-shelf legal documents, Ms. Chase provides a customized business approach for each client. Ms. Chase approaches her clients with a focus on protecting themselves from personal liability for the debts and obligations of their businesses by providing a multi-faceted business evaluation, including selecting, forming and maintaining a business entity, such as a corporation or limited liability company; evaluating, negotiating and drafting contracts for key liability protection provisions; and advising on the limits and risks of insurance.

Ms. Chase views the practice of law as a client-service business. She understands that many small business owners are not familiar with a lot of legal pitfalls they will confront as they grow their businesses. Ms. Chase prides herself on keeping her clients up-to-date on legal developments affecting them, and explaining the legal implications in plain language, without unnecessary legalese.
