Michael Pledger is a Board Certified Bankruptcy Attorney with 25 years experience in bankruptcy law and IRS negotiations. Michael is a native Texan who received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in accounting and his law degree from University of Houston Bates College of Law. He has been a C.P.A. since 1976 and licensed Texas Lawyer since 1979. Specializing in Bankruptcy Law and settlement of IRS tax debts. Michael has successfully handled hundreds of such cases including bankruptcy cases under chapters 7, 11 and 13, United States Tax Court Petitions, and appeals up to and including the United States Supreme Court. Michael has offices in Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Mason Texas.
