Members of the firm have extensively litigated patent, trademark, copyright and related cases through trial and appeal, and prosecuted numerous patent applications and trademark and copyright filings. By both litigating cases and prosecuting applications for many years, we have gained a broad breadth of knowledge.

Members of the firm were formerly with intellectual property boutiques, Cislo & Thomas, Stetina Brunda, Garred & Brucker and Patel & Alumit, all located in Southern California.
