The law office of Brian V. Ebert, P.C. is a business law and litigation practice in Vienna, Virginia founded in 2001.  I have over 15 years of experience, with the first six years having been spent focused on business-related trial and appellate work.  I began expanding my practice after that to include transactional business law matters for clients such as drafting of contracts, leases, employment agreements, shareholder agreements and other agreements.  I advise businesses and their owners on matters relating to formation of the business, leasing and purchasing of real estate, employment issues, and litigation of all matters relating to the businesses.
