Galen Gentry has been a practicing trial lawyer for over 19 years. He has been featured in the Los Angeles Daily Journal Newspaper. Our firm is different from its competitors because all of our clients receive personal attention from the attorney that is handling the matter, After extensive discussions with clients, we found that they often believe that the attorney handling their matter does not care about the outcome. The clients feel this way because of the inaccessibility of the attorney. In our experience clients who must communicate exclusively with assistants always feel dissatisfied. We make every effort to have the attorney handling the matter return the calls of our clients the same day.

We litigate business matters such as domain disputes, trademark infringement, and contract disputes.  We litigate wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment and wage and overtime claims and class actions. We represent plaintiffs in serious personal injury cases.

The facts and law in business, employment and serious personal injury cases are very different. We excel in each area because winning trials requires the same skill set whatever the issue. To win it is essential that a lawyer develop and convey a simple, plausible theme to the jury. The lawyer then has to explain the law applicable to the dispute in an interesting manner. Finally, the lawyer must use the evidence to show the jury why his client should prevail in light of the law. Sounds simple, but it is not. It takes experience to be a good trial lawyer.
