Firm co-founder John M. Gallagher has unrivaled credentials to serve as an immigration consultant for any organization or individual. In hundreds of hearings and interviews on all forms of immigration issues, he gained tremendous proficiency in immigration law - in and out of court. He successfully resolved over sixty mandamus and habeas corpus lawsuits while working as an attorney for U.S. immigration agencies. Mr. Gallagher also spent a year with a public interest firm focusing on the preparation and advocacy of war refugee asylum cases. He speaks fluent Spanish and spent a year in Spain as a teacher. Mr. Gallagher hosts an immigration advice program on Southern California radio, and has been frequently asked to comment on immigration matters by both Spanish and English television broadcasters. Firm co-founder P. Joseph Sandoval has extensive experience working in the former Soviet Union, particularly Russia and Ukraine. He has handled a defection for a former KGB agent and represented the prime minister of a former Soviet republic. In his many trips to Russia and former Soviet republics, he has seen first-hand the customs inherent in doing business in the former Soviet Union, and understands the special circumstances surrounding immigration proceedings for Russian-speaking people. As a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, Mr. Sandoval can prosecute any immigration dispute to the highest level of the judicial branch.
