The firm has two partners, one associate and two paraprofessionals. The Firm's offices are fully equipped with word processing capability, computerized legal research and state-of-the-art communications technology.

The firm's attorneys are licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

The firm's practice is limited to civil litigation, primarily in defense of corporate clients. Areas of concentration include products liability, employment defense, contract disputes, breach of warranty, and personal injury defense, and real estate, including commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures. The firm represents clients in Federal and State Courts and before administrative agencies and arbitration panels.
