As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER PRACTIONER and estate planning attorney, Marvin Wanner can provide an integrated approach to asset protection and estate planning for both individuals and owners of small businesses. We also offer a variety of investment, wealth management, insurance, tax planning, and financial services.

For businesses, we provide advice and counsel on the formation of new business entities to help you limit liability, minimize taxes, and protect both personal assets and assets from other business from liability.

Marvin Wanner graduated from the University of Texas law school. Prior to becoming an attorney, he practiced as a Certified Public Accountant, which provides a sound financial foundation to his legal practice in the area of estate planning and business law. He is a licensed Series 7 stock broker and, in his spare time, a published writer.
