Baerveldt Law Firm, L.L.C., believes that every legal matter, for every client is personal and important. Clients often come to us with questions or concerns about drafting their will, only to discover that their heirs may also face probate tax issues. We take the time to get a big-picture view of your family situation and how our services can meet your total needs. If your family assets include ownership of a private business, we will help you understand how business succession planning, corporate structure, and tax strategies will affect your estate planning and probate objectives.

In addition to estate planning, probate, and business transactions, our practice also includes real estate; divorce/dissolution of marriage; step-parent adoption; defense of DUI/DWI charges, traffic tickets, and misdemeanors; and personal injury/workers' compensation.

Our offices are open 9:00 - 5:00, and we will make weekend and evening appointments to meet your needs. We are conveniently located in St. Charles, between Highway 70 and Highway 370. We offer a free initial consultation, and can arrange to meet you in your home or at a location most convenient for you. For your convenience, we also accept credit cards and payment plans that fit your budget.
