Ark, Wiley & Jobson was established in 1999 with the mission of providing exceptional service to immigrants and their families. The attorneys and staff of our firm believe immigrants make enormous contributions to our community and that they in turn deserve legal representation of the highest quality.

Ark, Wiley & Jobson provides legal services to individuals who are petitioning for their spouses, parents, children, and siblings. Our lawyers are experts in asylum and refugee law. We are frequently called upon to teach and mentor other attorneys regarding asylum law issues. We have represented hundreds of applicants for asylum based on race, religion, political opinion, nationality, and membership in particular social groups. We have tackled groundbreaking areas of the law, including asylum based on sexual orientation and for domestic violence victims.

Our office provides a wide range of immigration services. We speak Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, and Lao, and work with interpreters of other languages. We have served clients from over 75 countries and have familiarity with cultural norms and political conditions all over the world.
