Law Firm Overview

Our law firm is composed of three (3) lawyers focusing on Personal Injury Trial Law. We have our main office at 3550 North Dowlen Road, Suite B in Beaumont, Texas and other offices in Houston and Nederland, Texas. I have been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1978. My law firm has been representing injured Texans since 1957.

Victims of accidents are often times persuaded to settle their claims without the proper knowledge of the value of their case. The interests of the insurance industry and the consumer are in direct conflict. The insurance company is interested in settling all claims as quickly and inexpensively as possible. The consumer, on the other hand, should be protected from inadequate and precipitous settlements.

Any person who is injured should be sure that his or her condition is not permanent before settling. We recommend that you delay settling for at least six (6) months for the reason that bad things will usually happen by that time.

We likewise recommend that you have your medical condition evaluated by competent medical specialists in the field of your particular injury. In some instances, the opinion of more than one specialist may be required.

We are especially interested in helping injured persons in the following areas: Auto Accidents, Worker's Injuries, Premises Injuries (Slip & Fall), Products*, Nursing Home Neglect*, Asbestos*, Fen-Phen/Redux*, Childbirth Injuries*, Medical Mistreatment*, Immigration, Social Security, Rezulin*, Propulsid*, and or other cases involving serious conditions or injuries.

We consider every case that we accept very seriously. We don't give up easily and obtain second opinions of other legal experts when we deem it is to the client's advantage to obtain those second, and in some cases, third or fourth opinions.
