David advises new and existing companies on contract, corporate, finance, environmental and regulatory issues. Many of his clients are involved in agriculture production, food processing and renewable energy, including ethanol and biodiesel producers, wind energy developers, feed and seed producers, meat processors, banks and insurance companies. He assists them with debt and equity financing, mergers & acquisitions, negotiating commercial contracts, applying for environmental and other regulatory and land use permits, and general corporate issues. David has 25 years experience in agriculture banking, business, government and law, including several years of senior executive experience with private industry and government agencies.
