It has been our experience over the years, since our beginning as a law firm in 1973, that a client in need of legal representation in one matter, such as buying or selling a business, will frequently be in need of legal assistance on a completely different matter at some later date.

For example, that client may decide to buy a new home, take a partner into an existing business or request legal guidance in establishing a Trust or Will to protect the family. The same client or perhaps a member of the family, may become a target of a civil or criminal law suit against another party due to negligence, malpractice or injury.

In order to fully serve our valued clients, we recognized early on that we would have to develop extensive legal expertise in a broad range of personal and business matters. Our growth into one of Rockland's largest, most respected law firms is a strong testimonial to the fact that we achieved that objective.
