Helen C. Heintz is Counsel in the Trusts and Estates Department at Wiggin and Dana. Her practice includes estate and tax planning for individuals, and estate and trust administration. Before joining Wiggin and Dana, she practiced law in New York City for five years.

Ms. Heintz received her B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut in 1988, and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York in 1997. During law school, she served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International La.

Ms. Heintz is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the American Bar Association.
