Lawyer Overview

Raymond Pruchnicki is an associate in the Business Law Services practice group and his area of focus includes: Real Estate and Land Use.

Mr. Pruchnicki focuses his practice in all phases of commercial and large-scale residential real estate transactions, with a special emphasis on development, land use and entitlement matters. He currently represents developers in these areas and has in the past represented municipalities in these areas as well. Mr. Pruchnicki's practice also involves a broad range of traditional real estate activities, including the financing, acquisition, leasing and disposition of commercial properties.

Prior to practicing law, and while attending law school, Mr. Pruchnicki worked as a city planner for the City of Chicago.
