Lawyer Overview

Neil S. Goldstein is a principal and member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He is also Chairman of the Real Estate Department and member of the Firm's Corporate Department Committee. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions including acquisitions and sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions; purchase, sale and leasing of real property; intellectual property, licensing; financing of real property; and general partnership and corporate matters. Mr. Goldstein has extensive experience in negotiating complex contractual matters, in representation of clients in a broad range of commercial, corporate and real estate transactions, and in assisting clients in structuring transactions. In addition, he is personal counselor and legal adviser to a number of prominent, high income, high net worth individuals in the fashion, music and real estate industries.

Mr. Goldstein is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Mr. Goldstein graduated from City College in June of 1967 with a B.B.A. and received his LL.B. from Brooklyn Law School in 1967. He was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review in 1966 and 1967. He is a member of the Association of the Bar in the City of New York.
