The Dominion Law Group is a family law firm located in San Jose, California. Although we are a small firm, our experience and technology allow us to handle family law matters of all size, from the simplest uncontested divorce to the most complicated child custody and visitation agreement or property division issue. We handle family law matters in Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda Counties.

Although lead attorney Kevin Hutcheson has a background in litigation, he recognizes that clients are best served if a case can be resolved without litigation. We work closely with clients to find the legal strategy which works for them.

The traditional process of dissolving a marriage can make matters worse. For this reason, we often use collaborative law as the best way to resolve divorce and domestic partnership issues when both parties agree to use this innovative new method of conflict resolution.
