Trent Cornell is a managing member of the firm concentrating on complex commercial litigation and restructuring litigation. Trent has also gained national recognition for his work representing retiree groups in large bankruptcy proceedings. Including his previous practice with two large international law firms, Trent has represented corporations, partnerships, retiree committees, financial institutions and individuals in breach of contract, trade secret, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder derivative, broker/dealer, and other claims before courts and arbitration panels throughout the United States. Trent has also assisted clients in restructuring debt, working out loans and transferring assets in a variety of capacities throughout the country. An aggressive litigator, Trent is also committed to finding the best business solutions for his clients. As Trent's clientele has grown, he is increasingly called upon to give general business and strategic advice, drawing from the talent and expertise of other attorneys in the firm when appropriate to give his clients answers that make sense legally and practically.
