     Palmarella, Curry & Kelly, P.C. is a full-service business and commercial law firm whose attorneys combine many, many years of legal experience representing small, mid-sized and large companies regionally and throughout the Country, as well as select individuals, across a wide range of business and personal pursuits. 

    Our clients include real estate developers, lending institutions, contractors, franchise companies, consultants, entrepreneurs, medical practices, manufacturers and distributors, architects and engineers, software and computer related companies and often the owners and senior management of such entities.  Client assignments range from initial start-up work for new enterprises to advising successful businesses that our attorneys have represented for decades.

    Our firm handles both the "transactional side" of business matters, for instance: the sale or purchase of a company, contract negotiations, restructuring of ownership and/or re-financing of lending relationship(s), the engagement (or termination) of personnel, acquistion of related real estate (via purchase or lease) and, when needed, business and related (such as employment and contract) litigation. For this reason, we have attorneys admitted to the Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, both State and Federal, as well as admitted to the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. We regularly keep apprised of changes in the law, including by way of continuing legal education for all of our lawyers.
