Pamela J. Brown received a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College (1985), and M.R.P. magna cum laude in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts (1987) and a J.D. cum laude from Massachusetts School of Law (1999) where she was an active member of the MSL law review (1997-1999). Ms. Brown concentrates her practice in  zoning, land use, planning and permitting issues. She was a member of the Massachusetts School of Law law review (1997-1999) and was previously employed as a consultant to many  New England towns assisting with Master Planning and Zoning issues. Pam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and New Hampshire Bar Association and formerly of the Mass Bar Property Council. She serves as a Director of the Massachusetts Association of Planning Directors, Bedford Chamber of Commerce, and formerly as Director and officer of the UMass Department of Landscape Architecture & Regional Planning Alumni Association.  Pam's diversified backgrounds allows her to coordinate seamlessly with engineers, architects and planners and view the environmental as well as economic impact of her client's projects.
