Lawyer Overview

Samantha Eisner's practice focuses on antitrust and unfair competition litigation and complex business and class action litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including banking, technology, and Internet carriers, and currently devotes the majority of her time to clients in the health care industry. Much of her defense work has focused on California's Unfair Competition Law, Business & Professions Code Section 17200. Samantha has also assisted clients in responding to governmental investigative demands.

In 2004, Samantha was honored by Public Counsel, the nation's largest pro bono law firm, as one of their Advocates of the Year for her work on home equity fraud matters. She also has served as an appointed member to the Culver City (California) Landlord-Tenant Mediation Board since 2003 and is a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Samantha is a member of the American Bar Association (Antitrust Section), the State Bar of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
