He represents clients with respect to employment law and employment litigation matters, including personnel policies and decisions, equal opportunity, wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment and defense of employment-related claims.In 2003, Mr. Hudson received his Juris Doctor, with high honors, from Drake University Law School. During law school, he served as Articles Editor on The Drake Law Review. He was also captain of the National Appellate Advocacy Team. His team won the San Francisco Regional and Regional Best Brief, placed as National Quarterfinalists and received the award of fourth best brief nationally. Mr. Hudson received the CALI Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law, Federal Jurisdiction and Labor Law I and II, as well as the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. He has been inducted into the Order of the Barristers and the Order of the Coif.Mr. Hudson graduated from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa, with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, in 1999. While there, he was the recipient of the Elizabeth Boggs Award for Young Leadership by the President’s Committee on Mental Retardation.
