• Jury verdict in favor of venture capital firm after two-week trial on claims for intentional interference with contract and business relations
• Dismissal of related state and federal shareholder derivative suits alleging improper stock option backdating by a technology company’s current and former officers and directors
• Dismissal of a federal RICO action on grounds of forum non conveniens given the lack of any connection between the plaintiff’s chosen forum on the one hand, and the parties and alleged conspiracy on the other
• Summary judgment on a majority of claims brought in state court by a software provider against a company that agreed to market and sell the provider’s software to its own customers
• Favorable settlement of securities fraud claims brought against former CEO of a subsidiary of a company that misstated its financial results
• Not guilty jury verdict after a two-day criminal trial in the Boston Municipal Court
