Judy Ngan has more than 20 years experience working in various positions in mainland China and Hong Kong, such as teaching in a university, economic adjudication, and private practice. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2006, she had been working for Hong Kong and American law firms for more than 10 years. Judy's substantial experience covers complex China law matters, and she has led and participated in various types of significant commercial cases covering direct foreign investment, merger and acquisition, corporate reorganization, international financing, and overseas listing of PRC corporations.
Judy is an arbitrator of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission and a council member of the Hong Kong Federation of Women Lawyers.
