Brian Holmen practices in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. He has experience advising governmental and nongovernmental employers on the design, implementation, and administration of retirement plans and welfare benefit plans. Brian also advises employers on the design and implementation of deferred and equity compensation arrangements. In addition, Brian regularly addresses benefit and compensation issues in the context of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
