Myles E. Hankin is an associate in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He has experience in a variety of practice areas, including project finance, real estate and construction, transportation, mergers and acquisitions, lending and structured finance, as well as general corporate transactional and advisory work. He has advised clients on the structuring of international joint ventures and global supply chain arrangements, contractual and corporate compliance and employment matters, and is currently representing Lehman Brothers Commercial Corporation Asia Limited (In Liquidation) in a variety of disputes and workouts.
