Rebekah Bennett represents employers in a variety of labor, employment discrimination, and contract disputes, including class and collective actions. Rebekah also has represented sponsors and fiduciaries of employee benefit plans in ERISA litigation. In addition to litigation, she counsels corporate clients on compliance with federal and state antidiscrimination and wage and hour laws, labor matters, employment policies, and employment agreements. Rebekah also has experience in sexual harassment and workplace violence investigations and complex business arbitration.
