Robert E. Colletti is a partner in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP. Mr. Colletti’s practice is focused on litigating complex patent infringement actions before federal district courts and appellate courts for both U.S. and foreign based companies. Mr. Colletti’s patent litigation experience includes high-stakes pharmaceutical litigation as well as semiconductor and other electronic technology litigation.
Mr. Colletti has successfully litigated cases for both generic and brand name pharmaceutical companies including Genpharm, Inc., Alphapharm Pty. Ltd., Mylan Laboratories, Inc., PAR Pharmaceutical, Inc., and Shire Laboratories. Mr. Colletti has also successfully litigated cases involving technically complicated semiconductor manufacturing equipment processes. His practice includes client counseling, due diligence work, and licensing on behalf of pharmaceutical and electronic technology companies.
Mr. Colletti is a member of the New York State Bar. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and various United States District Courts.
