Emily McFarling Benson, Esq. is Certified by the State Bar of Nevada as a Family Law Specialist. Emily became the first woman to successfully complete the application and exam process. Emily is the youngest Certified Family Law Specialist in and is one of only 20 in the entire State of Nevada.
