Litigation Management Leads to Key Victory in 9th District Court of Appeal - Spearheading a major ERISA health-care case which involved issues of first impression in federal litigation, Mr. Foster formed an action team involving younger attorneys, experienced attorneys and paralegals and directed analysis of all issues and research. Though our position was rejected by the United States District Court Judge, appealed the case and won full recovery, plus payment of costs and attorney's fees. [Security Life Insurance Co. v. Meyling, 146 F.3d 1184 (9th Cir. 1998).]
