I have extensive legal experience in San Antonio (Bexar County), Boerne (Kendall County), Kerrville (Kerr County), New Braunfels (Comal County), Fredericksburg (Gillespie County) and Bandera (Bandera County),Texas (TX).   

A substantial part of my practice is in helping people with uncontested divorces. This simple and inexpensive divorce solution can help a unhappy marriage end quietly and with dignity. Our services provide divorcing couples with information and answers to their questions about the important issues involved in a divorce.

In addition my practice includes almost all forms of family law including contested matters, child custody, support, visitation, partition of community property, modification and enforcement of prior decrees, transfer. We also provide adoption legal services.

Another focus of my practice is criminal matter and particularly drunk driving and DWI cases. I also handle most Texas state felony and misdemeanor criminal law cases.

We also serve corporate and business clients in Texas with incorporation, limited liability corporations and partnerships, preparation of agreements, sale and purchases of businesses, and dissolution. We pursue and defend a range of commercial litigation and contract disputes including business and real estate purchases, sales agreements, vendor or customer agreements, construction and construction management agreements, employment and shareholder agreements, non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements for employers and employees.

I have extensive experience in real estate law as well. We handle the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and development of industrial, commercial and residential real estate. This includes all types of real estate transactions and closing services to buyers and sellers.

We also handle all forms of probate and estate administration work. Because of my experience in estate and trust matters, I am competent to family members with carrying out the planning of the decedent.

I graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1977. I am married, with 2 children
