We are experienced in handling cases in court where litigation is the solution. However, years of experience has also shown the value of alternative dispute resolution and collaborative law in family law matters. Today's congested court system can be a costly, slow and impersonal forum for the personal and private issues which are typically part of the family law process. For this reason, we look for creative solutions to settle cases outside of the court system.

We understand that clients come to us because they are facing some of the most difficult situations in their lives. Knowing that this is a worrisome time, we pride ourselves in communicating with our clients regularly about the status of their cases.
