The Law Offices of John G. Ducey, PC was created in January of 2004. Although the firm itself has not been operating for a long period of time, John is well experienced as a trial attorney. John was a 1995 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. Upon graduation John became the law clerk for The Honorable James D. Clyne. Judge Clyne was the Presiding Judge Civil Part when John was his clerk. Judge Clyne is currently the Presiding Equity Judge in Ocean County.

After the clerkship John's career included working as an insurance defense attorney for 8 years representing major carriers including Allstate Insurance Company of New Jersey, State Farm Insurance Company and New Jersey Manufacturers among others. John is the former alternate township prosecutor in Lakewood and Brick, NJ.

Our firm specializes in obtaining PIP benefits for providers. Unfortunately many insurnace companies in New Jersey do not properly pay for services rendered or they "cut-Off" patients from further treatment despite the opinion of the treating provider that more treatment is necessary to help the patient. We are a PIP collection law firm that obtains excellent results in the PIP arbitration process with NAF (National Arbitration Forum).
