Gray P. Scoggins is a life time resident of South Texas. He has been a practicing attorney in Jim Wells County, Texas, since June, 1997.

The majority of his practice is devoted to litigation. He has tried cases in many different practice areas including Homicide (murder), Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Sexual Assault, Possession of Marijuana (felony amount), Delivery Of Controlled Substance, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Deceptive Trade Practices, Defamation and Divorces.

He is a member of Rotary where he serves on the Board of Directors, he is a Member of the United Methodist Church where he serves on the Administrative Counsel and on the Endowment Fund.

Gray Scoggins has worked hard to develop a relationship of trust and respect in the community and among the elected Officials in the community.
