Formerly a Dallas County state prosecutor and chief legal counsel for the Greater Dallas Area Organized Crime Task Force, Mr. Mason’s broad experience in criminal trials and appeals enables him to provide the highest-caliber legal services for adults and juveniles accused of state and federal criminal violations. Mr. Mason’s experience extends to appeal, post-conviction and habeas corpus proceedings.

Mr. Mason handles felony and serious misdemeanor cases, including DWI; drug possession, distribution and manufacturing; aggravated assault; health care fraud; oil-drilling fraud; sex crimes; public corruption; extortion; federal gun violations; and murder.
