In practice for more than 20 years, Edward F. Gonciarz is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in both Nevada and New York and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He represents clients in all southern Nevada courts including municipal, justice, and district courts.

His areas of practice include Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 personal bankruptcy, criminal defense, traffic defense, business and commercial law, landlord-tenant disputes, administrative law, family law and divorce, debtor/creditor law, and civil, real estate and business litigation.
