In 1994, Victor Boog, left his partnership at the firm of Bradley, Campbell & Carney, P.C., to start his own firm.  In 2004, his daughter, Amanda Cruser, left the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division, to join him in practice.

The firm is devoted to providing clients with individualized attention and professionalism.  At Boog & Cruser, P.C., we represent clients in civil and criminal litigation. The firm represents individuals and businesses in civil and criminal tax matters, including appeals of excise taxes, property taxes, sales and use taxes, and representation of individuals and businesses regarding state and federal income taxes.
