Ms. Lesher is also a licensed social worker. She spent three years prior to law school assisting families with Medicaid qualification issues. Following law school, she clerked at a private firm devoted to Medicaid planning. She has dedicated her legal education and her career to the practice of elder law.

In her guardianship practice, Ms. Lesher helps you protect loved ones who are no longer able to protect themselves. She will work with you to establish a legal mechanism to safeguard the best interests, both medical and financial, of your loved one.

Ms. Lesher also provides estate-planning services to establish asset distribution at death and to avoid guardianship through the use of powers of attorney.
