Mr. Stevenson provides Legal Representation in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts and Estates including the preparation of Wills and Disability related documents, as well as assisting his clients with Estate Tax Planning and Family Asset Planning, Gift Tax Matters and counseling them on how to structure their estates to minimize the federal estate and gift tax. 

Mr. Stevenson also provides general legal counsel in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate and Business Law and handles most day to day Corporate and Contract matters that an entrepeneur or business owner would encounter including the purchase or sale of real estate, formation of corporation and partnerships, acquisition or sale of a business and negotiation and review of most business contracts, including business purchases and sales, investments, leases, land acquistions and any other typical business matter that involves any business, financial or tax matters. 

With Mr. Stevenson's background as a C.P.A. he handles a wide variety of tax matters and most of his legal practice areas include Tax Planning, Tax Structuring or dealing with Tax issues in consultation with the tax accountant or C.P.A. handling his client's accounting and tax return filings. Mr. Stevenson advises clients on the various types of tax decisions in forming a business entity or structuring a transaction, and he handles various IRS tax Collection Matters and Tax Audits for his clients. 

As a part of the Probate area Mr. Stevenson, routinely prepares Federal Estate & Gift Tax Returns and advises clients and helps them establish Family Partnerships, Insurance Trusts, and other Trusts for family members, and helps structure Gift Programs as well as handling the typical Estate Planning done with a Will or Living Trust that he regularly prepares for his clients which include the use of Trusts to avoid federal estate taxes.
