Lawyer Overview

James Hall's practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including contracts, business torts, unfair business practices, and consumer credit reporting. He has previously represented clients in a wide variety of commercial, intellectual property, and insurance coverage disputes. He has experience in virtually every aspect of complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels, and he has appeared before various state and federal courts.

Before studying law, James worked as a petroleum refinery process engineer in Arkansas and Texas, where he gained extensive experience in refining operations.

James is a member of the state bars of Texas and Arkansas, the Houston Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
