Lawyer Overview

Jesús advises on all aspects of Spanish employment law and social security, assisting national and international clients with employment contracts, remuneration schemes, litigation, secondments and expatriation of employees, key executives, and all matters relating to the relationship between employees and work councils. He also advises companies on the labor details of corporate and financial transactions, negotiation of collective agreements, cross-border restructuring, collective redundancies, outsourcing, and collective litigations.

Additional experience involves advising international companies on setting up employee benefit plans, share schemes, profit sharing, and pensions as well as drafting and implementing employee-related documents such as handbooks and policies.

Jesús is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
