Lawyer Overview

Sarah Eberhard practices in the areas of real estate, general corporate, and securities law. Her primary emphasis is on the representation of sponsors and investors in the formation of opportunity funds, value-added funds, global funds, pan-European funds, and product and geographically focused funds using a variety of collective investment vehicles. Sarah also has represented issuers and underwriters in domestic and international private placements and public offerings of debt and equity securities. In addition, she has advised clients with general securities law issues and corporate governance matters.

Sarah serves on the board of directors of Clearwater Camp Foundation and the associate board of the American Cancer Society and is a member of The Chicago Bar Association.
