Sandra L. Johnson is a probate, estate planning and business attorney, best known for her sensitive and careful representation of clients including professionals, senior citizens, families, entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout northern California. She has been practicing in the Redding area for over fifteen years and has developed a professional, long term relationship with many of her clients.

Her practice includes estate administration counseling, in the context of probate, trusts and conservatorships. As an estate planner and administrator, Sandra believes that her primary goal is to identify the objectives of her clients and to create properly drafted instruments to achieve those objectives.  Family dynamics, asset ownership issues, tax implications, and long term health care issues are all important factors that are explored with her clients to assure that their goals will be achieved.  Corporations, partnerships, living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, charitable trusts, special needs trusts, and health care directives are among the tools that may be utilized for the protection of her clients and the preservation of their estates.

She received her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, in 1987.  Her expertise in estate planning began as a law student, where she was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Estate Planning.  She frequently participates in California State Bar sanctioned continuing education programs to remain current on the ever changing laws regarding the tax, insurance, health care, and asset ownership issues which effect her clients.
