Grayson H. Heberley, III, J.D., CELA is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Nancy M. Rice.  He earned his J.D., with honors, at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he was a Writing Fellow and a member of the George Washington Law Review. 

Mr. Heberley is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Heberley is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the New Jersey State Bar Association (Elder Law Section). 

Since 2009, he has been Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.
