Mr. Sailer concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and civil litigation. He was born and raised in Bucks County. After graduating cum laude from Bloomsburg University with a BS in Sociology/Criminal Justice in 1995, Mr. Sailer worked as an agent in the U.S. Border Patrol in San Diego, CA. He returned to Pennsylvania to attend the Temple University School of Law in 1997. During law school, Mr. Sailer authored an article entitled International Criminal Court: An Argument to Extend its Jurisdiction to Terrorism and a Dismissal of U.S. Objections which won a best paper award and was selected for publication in the Fall 1999 edition of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. He graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 2000 and joined Begley, Carlin and Mandio, LLP as an associate in 2001. Mr. Sailer has also held the position of secretary with the Washington Crossing Rotary Club from 2002-2005 and serves as the Vice President of the organization in 2005-2006.
