Reon Roski was born in Los Angeles, California.

Ms. Roski received a B.A. in 1986 from the University of Southern California with majors in Political Science and East Asian Studies and a minor in Mandarin Chinese.  She has studied in Spain, France and Poland.  From 1983 to 1987 she attended university and graduate school in China.  In 1988 to 1991 she worked for China National Mineral and Metal Import and Export Company ("Minmetals, Inc.") which was a branch of the Chinese government, responsible for the import and export of minerals and metals.  Ms. Roski received her J.D. from Loyola Law School and passed the California Bar in 1994.  During law school she worked in Majestic Realty's Legal Department and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian, Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  Upon graduation she began her legal career at Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble & Mallory, LLP, and in 1997 she came to work at the Firm.

Ms. Roski specializes in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis in leases and purchase and sale agreements.  She has negotiated complex real estate agreements both for and against most of the Fortune 500 companies.  Each year, she negotiates approximately 15 million square feet of real estate transactions.  In addition to being a transactional real estate attorney, Ms. Roski continues to travel to China to advise American real estate companies on their investments in China.

Ms. Roski joined Majestic Realty Company in March of 2007 as its Senior counsel and in September 2007 became Managing Director.  Founded in 1948 in Southern California, Majestic Realty Company is one of the nation's oldest and largest privately held real estate firms, with office, retail and industrial portfolios totaling over 70 million square feet.  Ms. Roski has had a long history with Majestic by serving as outside counsel since 1991 and serving on Majestic's Board of Directors since 1997.

In addition, Ms. Roski teaches continuing education classes on retail, office and industrial leasing through CLE International and Lorman Education Services.  She is active in several Los Angeles-area non-profits, including Para Los Ni nos and the Westside Regional Center.  She has been named "Women at the Top" by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).  She also is a member of the Leadership Council on the Board of Directors of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California (USC).

Ms. Roski loves to ski, kite surf and travel the world with her four children (triplet boys, age 12 and a girl, age 10).
